Synopsis:
Every time he thinks he's out, he just gets pulled back in... because trouble seems to find Max Havoc wherever he goes. On assignment as a photographer, Max Havoc (Mickey Hardt) is hoping to film a dramatic sporting event at a luxury resort. But when the resort's owner (Dean Cain) turns out to be a mob boss heading up a vicious crime ring, Max is forced to rely on his instincts to survive. These same instincts that once made Max a world champion kick-boxer, now must help him navigate an increasingly sinister plot to exploit local teens. Christina Cox, Rae Dawn Chong and Martin Kove round out the all-star cast.
